PCV20 RECEIVED 12/21/2023 BUT SYSTEM DID NOT REPORT TO STATESHOTS. UPON QUIRY, IT APPEARED AS IF THE PATIENT HAD NOT RECEIVED. A REPORT THE FOLLOWING DAY REVEALED HE DID IN FACT GET IT ON THE DATE MENTIONED. CALLED PATIENT TODAY TO FOLLOW-UP AND HE REPORTS NO SYMPTOMS EXCEPT SORENESS AT INJECTION SITE.
