Symptom narrative

Child was seen by MD 24 hours after vaccination. Left arm had 5x4 inch area of raised red, warm, tenderness surrounding the site of injection. Patient was afebrile and otherwise feeling well with no other complaints other than the pain in his left arm but only if his arm was touched or if he moved his left arm.

Current illness

Given Amoxicillin BID x 7 days starting 11/13/2025 for Pneumonia

Medical history

Obesity. Intermittent wheezing requiring inhaled bronchodilators.
