Symptom narrative

Right shoulder was buring after injection. 3 hours later his right shoulder was swollen and had hives around the injection site. 24 hours later hives were still present and spikes a fever of 102 from ear thermometer. He is feeling weak and sick to his stomach. 18 hours after vaccination, shoulder still swollen and rock hard, hives are flats and receding but still feeling sick and weak
