Patient is a 20-year-old female who presents emergency department today for headaches, chills, nausea, lightheadedness since 1:00 this afternoon. Patient states that around 10 AM this morning she received the meningococcal vaccine at her primary care doctor office. Patient was on her way to pain management appointment and was not feeling well so she was brought to the emergency department. Patient denies any previous reaction to vaccines. Also states that her arm hurts where the vaccine was injected.
