Symptom narrative

Patient returned to pharmacy 6 days and indicated that a light pink rash was present. The rash was approximately 2-3 inches long and 1 inch wide. Patient did state that the rash was itchy and she began itching it for relief. Rash dose not cause her pain, only itchy irritation. Patient's son asked for OTC recommendations to help reduce the itchiness. We recommended hydrocortisone cream and ibuprofen to reduce the swelling and reddness.
