Symptom narrative

At 4;15pm on 12/2/25 the patient c/o itchy throat. She stated she felt like it was getting tingly in her throat. I checked her Pulse and O2 sat. At 4:20pm her Pulse was 85 and her O2 was 99%. I gave her 25mg of Children's liquid Benadryl. At 4:26pm her BP was 117/74 Pulse 75 O2 sat 99%. She then stated it started to get a little better the throat itchiness was improving. At 4;41pm Her BP was 121/90 Pulse 82 and O2 sat 99%. At 5pm her friend cam to pick her up, she stated she was much better and the throat itchiness was gone.
