Symptom narrative

Swollen, painful, itchy rash on left thigh spreading from injection site. First noticed a small rash about 1-2 inches wide on left thigh less than 24 hours after vaccines were given. The rash spread to be 9.5 cm x 15 cm after 48 hrs from receiving vaccines. Patient was given Benadryl and Motrin during an ER visit on 12-3-2025 evening. Currently it is 70 hrs post vaccination and the rash is not improving however Motrin is helping with the discomfort at the rash site.
