Symptom narrative

Patient developed blister-like lesions on one breast and sternum accompanied by a burning, sharp pain. She also experienced the same pain on the back of her upper left shoulder. This adverse effect presented the day after the vaccine and the day of this report has not resolved.

HYPERTENSION, INSOMNIA, DIABETES, CHRONIC BACK PAIN

patient was evaluated by a pcp and understood that the provider believed the reaction was an adverse reaction to the Shingrix vaccine. She has an upcoming breast examination/mammogram scheduled.
