Symptom narrative

I received a flu shot yesterday, 12/3/25, at the area inside the hospital. Immediately when the needle pierced my skin, it burned really badly. I had an immediate reaction with a rash and pain in the arm. The other symptoms did not start until about 12:30 am. Around midnight, I became very nauseous ( I took Zofran but it did not relieve the nausea, I actually vomited 30 minutes after taking it), had intense rigors from the chills and was vomiting all night. Around 3 am, I had a fever of 100.3, but then when I checked it again at 5am, the fever had risen to 102.0. I had a sizeable migraine that would not go away, and I vomited almost every hour until 6 am this morning. My arm still has a rash and is very sore, and my migraine has come back, it is now 4:15 pm.
