Symptom narrative

Patient received incorrect flu vaccine. Should have received FluLaval. Was given FluAD (which is for 65+ population). Was 36 weeks 5 days at time of administration. No adverse side effects reported by patient. Patient assessed again the following week after administration, no concerns at that time. Patient delivered baby 38w2d, vaginal, spontaneous. birth weight 8lb 4.6 oz. No complications at birth.
