Decided to get covid shots-got at least 2. Developed all kinds of hearing problems (which I never had before). Over the past three years I've had ear tubes put in, drainage, severe congestion in my head, was unable to do my job/unable to hear, had to get on antibiotics as I developed something called chronic inner ear mastoid disease (which I never had before), and I have had tinnitus NON-STOP for the past three years. The tinnitis sounds like anything from feedback/a low tapping noise, to the sounds of like a lot of crickets in a field on a summer day. I can't tell where some sounds are coming from lots of times. This has led to some severe exhaustion, depression, and having to work twice as hard at my job in order to do my job. The tinnitis doesn't stop. It feels like no one has straight answers and like you are being "gaslit" when sharing your concerns at appointments. I've had to go to the ear, nose, throat specialist Dr, audiology, and finally one more place to get things looked at. I was told that my eustatian tube was causing some problems, but the THING I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH is that I never had any kind of issues with my hearing before I got my covid shots. And I have said over and over to anyone that will listen that I have just not been the same person since then. It feels like I aged 10 years since then.
