Patient has Parkinson's Disease and had 2 prior episodes of COVID and all boosters until receiving the Spikevax on 12/14/2024. Patient reports 2 weeks of misery and worsening of his Parkinson symptoms post vaccination that led to MD and patient deciding no further COVID vaccinations should be administered.
