Shortly receiving Gardasil vaccine in right arm pt said he felt nausea and dizzy, looked pale (per mom), then he fell forward and hit his front teeth on ground

Lab data

Vitals normal after laying down for approximately 30 minutes. Given juice. Told to see dentist due to hitting front teeth on ground. Mild bleeding around 2 front teeth, not loose.
