Symptom narrative

Patient immediately complained of being nauseated and then she fainted. She was given fluids and repositioned after awakening. Her blood pressure and pulse were monitored over the next 15 minutes. She had a second episode of fainting and did remain in the office for an additional time with additional vital checks. She was also given additional fluids. She was allowed to leave the office after her vital signs stabilized, and she was no longer symptomatic.
