Shoulder pain; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of shoulder pain in a 62-year-old female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. On 21-JUN-2025, the patient received Shingrix. On 22-JUN-2025, 1 days after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced shoulder pain (Verbatim: Shoulder pain). The outcome of the shoulder pain was not resolved. It was unknown if the reporter considered the shoulder pain to be related to Shingrix. It was unknown if the company considered the shoulder pain to be related to Shingrix. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 01-DEC-2025 The patient reported that she had shoulder pain after receiving a Shingrix injection. The pain was ongoing and had not resolved months later. The batch number was not provided and a request for this information has been made.
