Arm swelling after administration at the site; Redness of the vaccination site; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of injection site swelling in a adult female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) (batch number KB2YT, expiry date 29-OCT-2026) for prophylaxis. In JUN-2025, the patient received the 1st dose of Shingrix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced injection site swelling (Verbatim: Arm swelling after administration at the site) and injection site erythema (Verbatim: Redness of the vaccination site). The outcome of the injection site swelling was unknown and the outcome of the injection site erythema was not reported. It was unknown if the reporter considered the injection site swelling and injection site erythema to be related to Shingrix. It was unknown if the company considered the injection site swelling and injection site erythema to be related to Shingrix.
