Symptom narrative

Fever; Chills; Body aches; This spontaneous case was reported by a consumer and describes the occurrence of PYREXIA (Fever), CHILLS (Chills) and MYALGIA (Body aches) in a 70-year-old female patient who received SPIKEVAX NOS (SPIKEVAX NOS) for COVID-19 prophylaxis. No Medical History information was reported. On an unknown date, the patient received dose of SPIKEVAX NOS (SPIKEVAX NOS) (Intramuscular use) 1 dosage form. On an unknown date, the patient experienced PYREXIA (Fever), CHILLS (Chills) and MYALGIA (Body aches). At the time of the report, PYREXIA (Fever), CHILLS (Chills) and MYALGIA (Body aches) had resolved. The action taken with SPIKEVAX NOS (SPIKEVAX NOS) (Intramuscular use) was unknown. No concomitant medications were provided. It was reported that the new vaccine developed was the 1st COVID vaccine which did not cause the patient 24 hours of fever chills and body aches. The patient received the new vaccine at a pharmacy on 28-Nov-2025 and had no reaction. It was reported that good work on developing this one which patient believed was for seniors. No treatment medication was provided. It was unknown if the patient experienced any additional symptoms/events.
