arm was sore; Right hip has chronic cam impingement and is mildly uncomfortable/Peaked on 19-November and then resolved rapidly without taking any medication; This spontaneous case was reported by a consumer and describes the occurrence of PAIN IN EXTREMITY (arm was sore) and FEMOROACETABULAR IMPINGEMENT (Right hip has chronic cam impingement and is mildly uncomfortable/Peaked on 19-November and then resolved rapidly without taking any medication) in a 72-year-old female patient who received mRNA-1283 (MNEXSPIKE PFS) for COVID-19 prophylaxis. Co-suspect product included Pre-filled Syringe injection for COVID-19 prophylaxis. Previously administered products included for Product used for unknown indication: Flu on 31-Oct-2025. Past adverse reactions to the above products included No adverse event with Flu. On 14-Nov-2025, the patient received dose of mRNA-1283 (MNEXSPIKE PFS) (Intramuscular use) 1 dosage form. On an unknown date, the patient started Pre-filled Syringe (unknown route) at an unspecified dose. On 15-Nov-2025, the patient experienced PAIN IN EXTREMITY (arm was sore) and FEMOROACETABULAR IMPINGEMENT (Right hip has chronic cam impingement and is mildly uncomfortable/Peaked on 19-November and then resolved rapidly without taking any medication). On 21-Nov-2025, PAIN IN EXTREMITY (arm was sore) and FEMOROACETABULAR IMPINGEMENT (Right hip has chronic cam impingement and is mildly uncomfortable/Peaked on 19-November and then resolved rapidly without taking any medication) had resolved. No concomitant medications were reported. Patient had right hip chronic cam impingement and was mildly uncomfortable. Starting 15th November, the hip became increasingly uncomfortable to the point and limped while walking, couldn't do usual Pilates stretches, and woke at night from rolling on that side. Peaked on 19th November and then resolved rapidly without taking any medication. Also, arm was sore about the same period when usually there was only 1-2 days of discomfort. Patient wonder if the vaccine sparked some immune-related inflammation that lasted about a week. Patient almost took Naprosyn but not wanted to mask anything. The patient did not experience any additional symptoms/events. Treatment medication was not reported.
