A female patient received BNT162b2 (BNT162B2 NOS), in 2022 as dose number unknown (booster), single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. Vaccination history included: Covid-19 vaccine (Primary Immunization series complete; unknown manufacturer), for Covid-19 Immunization. The following information was reported: MUSCULAR WEAKNESS (non-serious) with onset 2022, outcome "unknown", described as "Chronic weakness started the same day as COVID Pfizer booster (2022)/ lower extremity weakness". Additional information: A family medicine doctor reported that, he had a patient who believed her chronic weakness started the same day as COVID Pfizer booster (2022).
