Symptom narrative

hand-foot-and-mouth disease; received DUPILUMAB + immunized with live vaccinations; This spontaneous report was received from a healthcare professional and refers to a 1-year-old female patient. The patient's concurrent conditions included eczema. The patient's medical history was not reported. Concomitant therapies included dupilumab (DUPIXENT). On 31-Jul-2025, the patient was vaccinated with Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (Wistar RA 27-3) Virus Vaccine, Live (M-M-R II), Solution for injection (lot # and expiration date were not reported), varicella Virus Vaccine Live (Oka-Merck) (VARIVAX REFRIGERATOR STABLE), Solution for injection (lot # and expiration date were not reported); reconstituted with sterile diluent (Hollister-Stier STERILE DILUENT), Solution for injection (indication, expiration date, and lot # were not reported) (contraindicated product administered). In September 2025 , the patient experienced hand-foot-and-mouth disease that lasted or about a week and then resolved in September 2025. The causal relationship between the event of hand-foot-and-mouth disease and suspect products was not provided. Lot # is being requested and will be submitted if received.
