Symptom narrative

Patient started having bruising around location of injection quickly started spreading down bicep, was aching and warm to touch. Reports swelling but no tingling. Bruising is usual for her but not to this extent. She went to the ER as it had traveled down to her wrist. Rating the pain originally at a 6 but down to a 3-4 at time or reporting to Pharmacy.

Clotting, Neuropathy, hypothyroidism, High blood pressure

Eliquis, Gabapentin, Losartan, Synthroid

Patient reports hospital did ultrasound to rule out clots and a blood test. Both came back negative.
