Symptom narrative

Sever shingles on my back the day after the vaccine. Even though I had Covid prior to the vaccine and recovered with no long term issue- when I contracted Covid following the vaccine I ended up with sever long term Covid with major ongoing symptoms that cause me severe pain every day and make it extremely challenging to work and support my young family. I have a long record of ongoing treatment that I have tried- none have cured me.
