Symptom narrative

Patient reports intense pain in arm starting evening of the vaccination. He reports his blood pressure was 175/100 and he was in severe pain describing it as almost the worst pain he has ever felt with a kidney stone. So much pain he thought he was going to throw up. Thought potentially the injection site might be a little high. He said he could not lift his arm up and had limited range of motion. He contacted his Dr for some flexeril.
