Symptom narrative

Redness and swelling to the area. Localized reaction. Keep area monitored. use cool cloth for swelling. Take tylenol or motrin for pain. May take benadryl for itching. Take zyrtec 2.5 ml daily for 14 days. F/u for any worsening symptoms, fever, increase in swelling or redness.
