Symptom narrative

Approx. 6 hours after Vaccination Patient spiked a fever of about 100.2 F. Following that was about a 36 hour period where the patient was Nauseous, Dizzy, Was puking and had diarrhea. Patients states that his fever stayed somewhat constant for the entire 36 hrs. that he was sick. Patient also mentions that his fever spiked about 24 hrs. vaccination at 102 F.
