Symptom narrative

Patient fainted 5 minutes after second injection and began seizing for approximately 20-30 seconds. She briefly resumed consciousness for about 30 seconds and began to seize a second time for approximately 20 seconds. She resumed consciousness and was alert and oriented but weak and pale. Blood pressure obtained at 140/90, pulse 100. Ambulance summoned and transferred to local emergency room for evaluation 10 minutes after first seizure.
