Symptom narrative

left lateral upper leg with 14 cm x 19 cm circular, warm, erythemic, indurated welt surrounding site of injection. "Mom states patient recieved Flu vaccine on Friday and the patients leg swelled up. Mom says patient reported a little bit of pain, site was hot, and redness in the area of the shot had grown, started as a small red circle but is now covering most of the front of patients L thigh. " Patient was seen in clinic on 11/10/25 and was given Triamcinolone and Benadryl.
