Symptom narrative

Patient describes events that are "worse then normal". Fever (102F) started in the evening after vaccine administration. Approximately 3 hours later the patient took fever reducer which lowered fever to 100.7F. Patient reported increase weakness and could no longer stand from a sitting position unsupported. This was a noticeable change from current baseline. Additionally, the patient reports wooziness with lower then normal blood pressure (97/75) . Most symptoms had resolved by the next morning.
