Symptom narrative

Patient presented to clinic today (12/05/2025) with what appeared to be a chicken pox rash on arms, legs, chest, and back along with a fever. Rash was vesicle like per provider Dr. - Resident and attending doctor Dr. Sx started a week and half from today per mother who acted as historian. Pt doing well today and will not return back to daycare till last vesicle is cleared up and fever free.
