Symptom narrative

Patient woke up a 3am with cramp in left leg, dizziness, headache, shortness of breath, nausea, vomiting, and lightheadedness. Pt says he was burping a lot which caused pain in his chest that felt tight. Pt says he was sweating and pale and felt like passing out. Pt was given Ibuprofen after this reaction. All symptoms resolved that morning and pt did not experience any toher symtpoms past 6am that day.
