Symptom narrative

patient states that the arm receiving the vaccination is still tender after receiving on 11/19/25. She states that the soreness extends from up into her neck , through her shoulder and down the arm and she describes having feelings of jolts or "zingers" traveling down her arm. No other adverse effects were noted
