Symptom narrative

The patient right after receiving the vaccine said she felt it that it hurt and then passed out and fell in the floor. When she came to she had dizziness and was sweaty and clammy. After 10 minutes she was able to sit in a chair and 10 minutes after that she was able to stand. The paramedics were called to evaluate since she hit her head but she refused to be taken to the hospital. She was feeling better and was able to leave on her own.
