Incomplete course of vaccination

Symptom narrative

Was, I actually supposed to get two shots instead of the one I got; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via interactive digital media and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingles vaccine) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (1st dose received on an unknown date). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingles vaccine. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: Was, I actually supposed to get two shots instead of the one I got). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable.
