Incomplete course of vaccination

Symptom narrative

Patient never came back for the second dose; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a 73-year-old female patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (1st dose received on 12-AUG-2020). On an unknown date, the patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. On an unknown date, the patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: Patient never came back for the second dose). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 01-DEC-2025 The reporter asked if the series should be re-started.
