Expired dose given; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a male patient who received HAV (Havrix) (batch number 772YT, expiry date 23-SEP-2025) for prophylaxis. On 02-DEC-2025, the patient received Havrix. On 02-DEC-2025, an unknown time after receiving Havrix, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: Expired dose given). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences.
