got the 1st dose of the Shingrix, that in 2018; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received 1st dose in 2018). On an unknown date, the patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: got the 1st dose of the Shingrix, that in 2018). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 03-DEC-2025 The reporter asked if a patient got the 1st dose of the Shingrix, that in 2018, so the patient needed to re-start the whole series or the patient just need to get a 2nd dose. The batch number was not provided and a request for this information has been made.
