blood clots causing death; This spontaneous case was reported by a consumer and describes the occurrence of THROMBOSIS (blood clots causing death) in a male patient of an unknown age who received SPIKEVAX NOS (SPIKEVAX NOS) for COVID-19 prophylaxis. No Medical History information was reported. On an unknown date, the patient received dose of SPIKEVAX NOS (SPIKEVAX NOS) (unknown route) 1 dosage form. On an unknown date, the patient experienced THROMBOSIS (blood clots causing death) (seriousness criteria death and medically significant). The reported cause of death was blood clots causing death. It is unknown if an autopsy was performed. No concomitant medications provided by the reporter. The patient singed on patient consented form before the vaccination from where it was mentioned that blood clots could be a side effect post vaccination. It was reported that the patient had vaccination and after two weeks of vaccination the patient died from the blood clot.
