left arm felt like pinched nerve type feeling, like hitting funny bone/felt predominantly across shoulder, down right arm, to her elbow/predominantly now across shoulders, neck area, down to right arm; This is a spontaneous report received from a Consumer or other non HCP from medical information team. A 70-year-old female patient received BNT162b2 omicron (lp.8.1) (COMIRNATY (2025-2026 FORMULA)), on 28Nov2025 at 14:00 as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) at the age of 70 years, in left arm for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: NERVE COMPRESSION (non-serious) with onset 28Nov2025, outcome "not recovered", described as "left arm felt like pinched nerve type feeling, like hitting funny bone/felt predominantly across shoulder, down right arm, to her elbow/predominantly now across shoulders, neck area, down to right arm". Additional information: "It had been a very rocky experience for the patient. She got the Pfizer Covid vaccine on Friday, 28Nov2025 at 2pm: "Comirnaty Covid 2025-26 for 12 years and up PFS, NDC 00069-2528-10." Within an hour, she felt the felling that you have when your funny bone has been hit; it felt like a pinched nerve feeling that started in left arm, where vaccination was given. The shot was given to her in left arm but, by couple hours later, feeling felt predominantly across shoulder and down right arm, to her elbow. Later that evening it travelled to right arm predominantly in the area leading from the neck and shoulder down to the elbow. Specifically, it is in the area of the right side of neck, right shoulder, down to the back side of right arm, down to right elbow. It was so worrisome and upsetting, that Saturday morning (29Nov2025), I called PRIVACY, where I got the vaccination, to report what was happening. It was worst this morning (01Dec2025), when I woke up and has not gone away. It was definitely a side effect of the vaccine since nothing else was going on. This had been very upsetting experience for her. She had taken, she believes, 6 other Pfizer vaccinations, has never had this side effect. The information on the batch/lot number for BNT162b2 omicron (lp.8.1) will be requested and submitted if and when received.
