high fever; fatigue; lack of appetite; body aches; This is a spontaneous report received from an Other HCP, Program ID. A 70-year-old female patient (not pregnant) received rsv vaccine prot.subunit pref 2v (ABRYSVO), on 13Oct2023 as dose number unknown, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) at the age of 70 years intramuscular, in left arm for immunisation; andusomeran (SPIKEVAX 2023-2024 FORMULA), on 13Oct2023 as dose number unknown, single intramuscular, in right arm for immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: PAIN (non-serious) with onset 14Oct2023, outcome "recovered", described as "body aches"; FATIGUE (non-serious) with onset 14Oct2023, outcome "recovered"; PYREXIA (non-serious) with onset 14Oct2023, outcome "recovered", described as "high fever"; DECREASED APPETITE (non-serious) with onset 14Oct2023, outcome "recovered", described as "lack of appetite". Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of pyrexia, fatigue, decreased appetite, pain. Additional information: The next morning following vaccine administration patient reports high fever, fatigue, lack of appetite, and body aches. Patient took acetaminophen to help relieve symptoms. By next day symptoms resolved without health care provider intervention.
