Other Case identifier(s): MOD-2025-791943 (Moderna Therapeutics), US-MODERNATX-MOC20251120000001 (Moderna Therapeutics). A patient (age and gender not provided) received BNT162b2 (COMIRNATY), as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history included: "prediabetes" (unspecified if ongoing); "hypertension" (ongoing). Concomitant medication(s) included: LOSARTAN (ongoing). The following information was reported: PALPITATIONS (non-serious), outcome "recovered", described as "had a racing heart". Additional information: Patient stated, patient had been getting Moderna for the very first COVID-19 shot ever since the first one, which was Pfizer, which had a racing heart at night and it went away.
