Patient experienced pain, weakness and loss of range of motion which began shortly after vaccines. She stated that the arm improved mid-November, but then was worse during holiday week. (Patient reported the issues on 12/1/25) She was evaluated in the clinic on 12/2/25. She received an x-ray which showed no abnormalities or edema. The recommendation was the use of alternating ice and heat to the area, and use of NSAID (ibuprofen). She could receive a referral for physical therapy and CT scan if the issues does not resolve using conservative treatment. (She used limited doses of NSAID, so I suggested using on a scheduled basis for 7 or 10 days to start.
