Symptom narrative

Patient got her flu shot and had a syncopal episode and hit her head on concrete. Patient was standing and fell backward. Patient was taken to the Emergency Department immediately (the flu shot was administered near the ED). Patient had some shaking episode and concerned about possible seizure. Physical exam showed patient not in acute distress. Patient's blood test results came back normal. Head CT came back negative. Prior to discharge from the ED, patient was doing well and feeling better.

Lab Tests: L WBC and CBD with differential, Glucose, Creatinine, BUN, Electrolyte Panel all came back negative. Imaging: CT Head no contracst, negative.
