Symptom narrative

Following flu and covid vaccine, patient was standing in corner of room and suddenly fell backwards, hitting head on wall. Eyes were closed and patient pale initially, then responded to mom's voice, opened eyes and asked, "Where am I?" Medical Emergency Response Team was paged and arrived immediately-- 4:40 pm: BP 81/53, HR 77, Sat O2 100%. No blurry vision nor dizziness per patient--pupils reactive. 4:48 pm: BP 90/60, HR 87, Sat O2 97%. Called EMS who arrived at 5 pm and assumed care of patient. EMS transported patient to an emergency department for evaluation.
