Symptom narrative

The patient came to the pharmacy around 2:30 PM on 12/5/2025 and stated that her arm, where she had the flu shot on 11/18/2025, is still hurting. Her arm is still sore, and she has been taking Tylenol for the pain. Had patient take Ibuprofen and seek Medical advice from PCP - Risk of infection or SIRVA.
