Symptom narrative

She said after shot she felt it sore at site of shot. Later that night she started to ache all over. She does sleep on left side. She did not have a rash or swelling. She felt like it was bruised, like she was beat up. In the morning she felt horrible. She said the whole left side of her body hurt, from her shoulder to her hip. Just pain, no warmth. She got a high-dose flu shot 2 weeks before. She took a Tylenol today and feels a lot better.
