Symptom narrative

Left-bundle branch block (heart) and cardiomyopathy with reduced ejection fraction detected during routine physical and EKG. Prior to October 2021, NO LBBB was detected in my EKGs. My sister (2 1/2 years older than I) developed similar symptoms (including LBBB) following having COVID and Moderna COVID vaccines and one booster. She too had no prior history of LBBB and her genetic testing ruled out genetic causes for her conditions. Both of us contracted COVID despite having received two Moderna COVID 19 Vaccines and one booster. My first Moderna vaccines were administered on 01/03/2021 and 01/31/2021 at pharmacy
