Immediately after completing return from grocery after shot, ate, but was unusually fatigued due to weaker than normal muscles. Checked BP with home unit previously checked against that taken at Dr. office and consistent. About 7, first reading was 135/64 HR 100. Had been seated for two hours except for trips to toilet every half hour. Checked half hour later and S;ystolic was up to 170 and HR 100. Went to bed, just standing every half hour to pee into portable urinal. By 9 pm, BP had dropped to 80 gradually and Systolic to about 150. Got up after midnight and checked BP, 159/66 HR71. Went back to bed and spent morning in bed until shortly before. Read BP three times and last reading 158/66 89. Will not do vigourous activity today and continue to check
Arthritis, muscle weakness treated by surgery for stenosis, high blood pressure, prostate TERP, anemia, treated heart fibrillation by ablation 3 yrs ago, Type 2 diabeties. peripheral neuropathy
