Symptom narrative

The day after the vaccine the patient experienced faint/dizzy feeling, headache on one side of head, and eye swelling. The symptoms began to resolved after a while and called the pharmacy to ask if it could be related to the vaccine. The patient was advised to seek medical attention for the symptoms.
