Symptom narrative

Patient got vaccinated on 12/01/25, and she reports that the following day (12/02/25) she experienced a reaction that included: headache, fever, swollen face and burst capillaries in both eyes. She called an ambulance and was transported to the emergency room and was given medications (which she doesn't recall) by IV to resolve the reaction. She was discharged the same day.
