patient passed out approximately 2 minutes after vaccination. she mentioned that she felt fine and the shot felt very good and thought she was fine but wanted to stay seated for a few minutes in the waiting area. I went back over after a minute or so and she was on the ground on her back. I went to her and her eyes were open. I asked her if she was ok and she didn't respond coherently but some sounds and i checked her pulse. She was a bit sweaty but pulse ok. I put her feet up in the air. As she come to, i asked if she thought she hit her head and she didn't think she did. had a numb feeling arm for a bit and thinks she may have fallen on it . it felt ok when she left. I put ice pack on her neck and a technician a cold compress on forehead. and gave her water. She felt fine in about 30 minutes and left with her boyfriend and will call with any other concerns, she refused medical care from 911/other
